The Rotary Lights Display was started in 1995 and has grown tremendously since that time because of the fantastic support from the greater La Crosse community. Nearly 300000 visitors per year enjoy this holiday tradition while driving or walking through the park. Rotary Lights takes place in La Crosse’s Riverside Park, a beautiful area of west central La Crosse, along the Mississippi River. Riverside Park is easily accessible from all directions of the city and thus to visitors from anywhere in Wisconsin and neighboring states.
