For the past few years my mom has been ill, so we have been holding a smaller scale, no alcohol holiday party so she can take part in the spirit of Christmas with her family and close friends. We have always served a lot of food and decorated cookies, but this year I want to have some new activities or games for everyone to play. Any suggestions would be great, thanks!

I am in charge of coming up with a game to play at our Company Holiday (gotta be politically correct!) Party. It is at night and there will be about 40-50 people, though I’m sure a lot less will participate. Any ideas of something fun, simple and even the scrooges of the company would participate in?

I started a community kids club in my volunteer fire and rescue department. I plan events for the kids throught the year with special focus on holiday parties for them. I have a very tight budget and would appreciate any ideas for games or projects for them.

It’s a family party with no one younger than 12 and want to play games with teams that can accommodate people coming and going. The material needs to be current enough for the teens and I don’t want brainiac domination. I’ve been reading reviews and other “ask” responses and am considering Balderdash, Outburst, Taboo, and Scattergories. What do you think?
